Wayne Rice is the cofounder of Youth Specialties and the founder of Understanding Your Teenager (now part of HomeWord), a seminar for parents of teens and preteens. He currently serves as pastor to generations at College Avenue Baptist Church in San Diego, California. An accomplished musician, Rice has played and recorded albums with several different bluegrass bands.
